POSTGLACIAL AREA (ver. 0.5 Beta, 2/5/2010)

  • This is a sample of a virtual walk in one of the most beautiful Polish areas. Glacial landscape captivated and inspired us.
  • Panoramas contain "hotspots", usually in the form of arrows, that will point to the next places. But some "hotspots" are invisible and need to be found by yourself.
  • For some sites there has been included panoramic 3D sound - changing the direction of speech, depending on the direction of viewing the panorama.
  • There are two places where you can watch the transition time: day-night, and spring-summer (the bridge and Turtulski pond). As to the lake - you can compare how Hańcza has changed since 2004.
  • There are movies added to the underwater panoramas.
  • The walk has been integrated with satellite map (Google Maps) with points marked on the map. Clicking on the highlighted point on the map will take you to the relevant panorama. The map can be switched off with a button which is to the right of the autorotation button.
  • A part of the walk (southern part of Lake Hańcza) can be viewed from bird's eye.
  • For demanding visitors there are hidden "magic hotspots" (now they are visible, but soon will disappear and you will be asked to find them). The project is under development. Thank you for all the suggestions and problems reported.
